Consumers are changing the way they think about and manage their money. At the same time, financial services organisations are responding to unprecedented change, driven by advances in AI, evolving regulation and increasing expectations of trust, transparency and value.

At this year's MRS Financial Services Research Conference, we'll explore how research and insight are helping organisations understand changing customer needs, make better decisions, and design more effective products, services and experiences for consumers and businesses.

We're looking for compelling case studies, fresh thinking and methodological innovation from across banking, insurance, pensions, wealth management, fintech and payments. Whether you've uncovered new customer insights, developed an innovative research approach or demonstrated measurable business impact, we'd love to hear from you. Above all, we're looking for practical stories that others in the industry can learn from.

We're particularly interested in submissions that demonstrate:

  • Methodological innovation in financial services research
  • Understanding changing consumer behaviours and attitudes
  • Segmentation, targeting and customer understanding
  • Customer experience and journey optimisation
  • Customer outcome measurement and improvement
  • Financial communications and customer engagement
  • Fraud, security and digital trust
  • Driving behaviour change
  • Building trust, loyalty and customer confidence
  • Financial wellbeing and resilience
  • Consumer attitudes towards AI in financial services
  • Borrowing, deferred payments and debt management
  • Vulnerability, financial inclusion and accessibility
  • Brand, proposition and product development
